Churches usually look for age and wisdom in a preacher. What if we thought about staff differently though? The guys are joined by Matt Love who preaches at the Beebe Church of Christ, and started that position 6 years ago at only 26 years old. Matt shares some valuable insight into how his church approached hiring such a young guy, plus the benefits and struggles of having a young staff.
